My name is Nikola! I'm an SEO expert with over eight years of industry experience and an MBA in International Marketing. Lately I build AI-powered tools to improve my workflow and take the boring parts of SEO off my plate. A few of them live on this site - they're free for anyone to use.
About me
I'm an SEO Product Owner at Growth Leads, where I run SEO strategy and execution for two of the company's top iGaming sites - across sports betting, casino, and sweepstakes verticals. Day-to-day, I own the content roadmap, prepare briefs and implement on-page optimizations with the help of my team, partner with design and engineering on technical and UX fixes, and try to find new ways to use AI to improve our business processes.
Before Growth Leads, I spent four years at Time2play Media (now Gentoo Media), where I led SEO and content teams for US and Australian markets. I started as a junior content writer back in 2019 and worked my way up - first to senior content manager, then to team lead managing a three-person team. Nearly my entire SEO career has been in iGaming, though I've also worked in other areas, such as social media marketing and paid advertising.
On the formal side, I trained as a journalist at the University of Novi Sad before deciding to go deeper into business. I hold an MBA in International Marketing from EU Business School in Barcelona, where I graduated summa cum laude with a 3.92/4 GPA. My dissertation was on the impact of generative AI on content marketing and SEO - essentially a deep dive into the field I now work in every day.
My work sits at the intersection of three things: classic SEO craft (technical audits, internal linking, on-page work), AI-driven content production, and editorial quality - where my journalism background still pays off. The free tools on this site come straight out of that overlap.
